America likes cheaters. The unfaithful. The “one thing led to another” kind of people. You love them.
Oh sure, there’s the outward display of hatred, but it’s a front. We get in an uproar and kick chairs over, but we are glued to the TV when a couple is going through their problem.
Just got done listening at GMA rip up South Carolina governor Mark Sanford (I think that’s his first name….I don’t care if it isn’t…he’s gonna be Mark today because I don’t feel like googling the dude) for his interview he gave the Associated Press.
In his interview, the governor stated that “I can die knowing I met my soulmate. Now, I must learn to fall in love with my wife again.”
Man, if your back never gets off the couch again, I don’t feel sorry for you. It’s one thing to have the affair, it’s another thing to condone it, as Sanford’s wife stated. This guy has to be the lowest of the lows. Yet, his story followed more madness with dead druggie Michael Jackson. I won’t even “beat it” up more than it’s already been beat. Dude had a serious drug problem and you can talk all day about how he loved “his” kids. Yeah, he loved them enough to put his black semen in them for conception. He was just as much their daddy as I am.
No MJ blood or paperwork (adoption) made them his kids. He was just watching them. That’s for another blog.
Let me get back to my original point. I’m going to do what Sanford couldn’t do. I’m going to the Appalachian Mountains. No, not to hike, but to adjust this blog thing again. I’ve got a ton of irons in the fire on the internets and I’ve got to bring them all together. I don’t want Twitter or Facebook to become my internet soulmate and I have to come back and learn to love this blog. You won’t Sanford me.
So, i’m going to my virtual Appalachian Mountains to clear it all up. I promise I’ll be back…better than something.
Peace and hair grease. Happy 4th for those of you celebrating in a few days.

I read his interview, and I thought it was grounds alone for his wife filing for a divorce. How insulting!
