There is a difference between white and black

A good friend of mine recently told me that while was on vacation, a drunk black guy had some advice for him as they rode the bus.  “We don’t need to see this,” pointing at the back of his hand.  “We need to get past seeing color!”, he shouted.  You know the white guy was scared for his life.  He had his sons with him on the bus and he told the drunk man, “hey, I don’t.  I am way past that.”

Sounds like a happy ending, right?  Wrong.

Further down the road, we find that a white woman had been murdered and her body lay encased in cement on the side of a rural road.  Wow, I thought.  This definitely deserves a post.

If you think the love affair the country has for president-elect Obama has waned, you ain’t seen nothing yet.  Oh, the blacks out there are feeling black and proud and have decided that now is their chance to turn some tables on “the man”.  Meanwhile, “the man” has decided that he is cool with this whole Obama thing, but he isn’t about to turn over the keys just because a “brotha” is going to the White House.  So, you have a push.

Drew Peterson is walking the dusty streets of Illinois while his missing wife is nowhere to be found.  He’s had trouble with polygraphs (his score), and he just appears to be an overall creepy dude with some very suspect ways.  Yet, he’s a free man. 

Note: Humans don’t usually come up missing and never to be seen again, without their bodies being recovered.  If this is the case, 9 times out of 10, another human was involved in some way.  I’m not saying Drew Peterson murdered his wife and encased her in cement, I’m just saying he’s looking for her as well as O.J. Simpson looked for the “killer or killers” of his ex wife. 

Back to my story. 

So, while friend and the drunk black guy are talking about getting past color, it forced me to acknowledge that there is a difference between white and black.  (Black people, please don’t hate because I put white first, I’m just driving a point home.  I’ll explain later).

So, remember the deal with the woman’s body in cement?  It was found along a rural highway.  I didn’t finish criminal justice in college.  Heck, I never started.  To be totally honest, I never won all of the games of Clue that I played, either.  However, my background gives me the expertise to make some assumptions based on circumstantial evidence and the criminal patterns amongst races. 

To that end, whomever did this to this woman was not a black person.  Better yet, they weren’t a drunk black person, to be exact.  I firmly believe that this crime was perpetrated by a white person. 

Can I keep it real?  Why don’t you say, “go head and keep it real”.  Okay, since you’re pushing me down that road, I’ll oblige you. 

While it’s no secret that there are plenty of differences between whites and blacks, there is one thing that is the same.  When a crime is committed, people usually don’t have to get ALL the details before they drop their “what kinda person did it” line.  Based on criminal trends, people will say that either a black person or a white person committed the crime.  Both races are having a hard time in getting crimes committed by hispanics correct.  I’m not sure why that is, but it is what it is.

Back to my story.

Murdering a woman and putting her body in cement is something that white guys do.  I’m sorry.  That’s what the stats will show you.  I don’t have all of them in front of me because it’s very early and Google hasn’t opened up for the day, but if you check the numbers, they’ll prove me right.  Black people are probably murdering more people than white folks, so you can really get a good feel for how blacks commit murder. 

When a black person commits murder, they aren’t as concerned about hiding the body as they are about getting away from the body.  When a white person kills someone, one of the first things they wonder is, “how can we get rid of this?”  You see the difference?   Blacks want to get away, whites want to put away.

So, the next time you’re sitting around with a black or white person of the opposite color, please get past the whole color issue, but note that there are some differences that exist. 

The moral of the story?  Anytime a white woman’s body is found like this, the Drew Petersons of the world get nervous.
