911 Operator goes to sleep…during emergency call!!!

A Memphis 911 dispatcher is in some deep doo for falling asleep on an emergency call.  I know we all have those days where nothing would satisfy like an extended nap out in the car during lunch break, but how do you justify sleeping in the middle of an emergency call?
